November was a great month, besides the amount of sickness we had floating around. We had taken this opportunity to ensure every child understands the importance of hand washing, personal space, and cover up when coughing or sneezing.

December is a month filled with memory making and we plan on making the most of it. We have a very filled schedule of activities to ensure the kids are enjoying everything the holidays have to offer. Here are a few helpful articles to get you motivated!




The cold weather is coming so remember to bundle up and have an emergency kit handy in your car in case of traffic or accidents. 

What to pack in an emergency kit:
  • Water
  • First Aid Kit
  • Snacks
  • Blankets
  • Flashlight
  • Road Flares
  • Wipes & Diapers
  • Extra Clothes
  • Anything else you may need in an emergency.
You could be stuck in traffic during a storm and need something to eat, drink or keep you warm. You may also get into an accident and require extras while you wait for help, remember you are always better off to be prepared.

A new  study  in the journal JAMA Pediatrics found a direct association between screen time at ages 2 and 3 and development at 3 and 5. In fact, another recent  study  found that only 5% of U.S. children meet the recommended daily guidelines for sleep, exercise, and screen time use. How can we fix the problem?
